Ingredients
  1. 1 pint heavy cream
  2. 3 Tbs lemon juice
Instructions
  1. heat cream
  2. add lemon juice
  3. cool
  4. poured into a cheese cloth lined colander
  5. set into a shallow pan or dish
  6. chill for 1 or 2 days
