Buttermilk Dressing

Ingredients
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 4 tsp. finely grated lemon zest plus 4 tablespoon lemon juice
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- salt and pepper
Instructions
- Whisk together buttermilk, mayonnaise, lemon zest and juice, and garlic in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
Notes
- Chill overnight.
