Roasted Baby Potatoes

Ingredients
- 1 lbs baby potatoes
- 2-3 cloves of garlic
- rosemary (fresh if possible)
- parsley (fresh if possible)
- thyme
- oil

Instructions
- stir it all up except parsley
- put it in an oven dish
- bake 365F for 45 minutes
- bake 450F for 10-15 minutes until crispy
- serve with parsley
