Ingredients
  1. 26 lb Ripe tomatoes
  2. 14 tablespoons of bottled lemon juice
Instructions
  1. Prep the tomatoes
  2. Cook the tomato sauce 3 hours
  3. Prep for canning, fill jars, get bath boiling
  4. Canning tomato sauce: add two tablespoons of bottled lemon juice to each quart jar
  5. process pint jars for 35 minutes and quart jars for 40 minutes
